ClubPKVIP Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ClubPKVIP platform — including all games, promotions, payment features and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ClubPKVIP platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the ClubPKVIP website and any associated applications, regardless of how you access the platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ClubPKVIP (the platform operator). Accessing the platform without registering still constitutes acceptance of these terms with respect to general use.

2Eligibility to Register

To open and use a ClubPKVIP account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ClubPKVIP strictly prohibits registration and use by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts where we cannot confirm the account holder meets the minimum age requirement.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being), not a company, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.
• You must not be excluded from gambling activities by any self-exclusion programme, court order or other restriction that you are legally bound to observe.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended ClubPKVIP account. Only one account per person is permitted — see Section 3 for details.

ClubPKVIP reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an account at any stage if we have reason to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been or are no longer being met.

3Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one ClubPKVIP account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ClubPKVIP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email.

ClubPKVIP operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time we consider necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits

ClubPKVIP accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your ClubPKVIP account balance without any platform-side fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees or limits — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider. ClubPKVIP is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider's systems.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• ClubPKVIP does not accept deposits made with funds borrowed for the purpose of gambling.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified ClubPKVIP account will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable transaction fees charged by your provider.
• ClubPKVIP reserves the right to limit, suspend or refuse deposit requests at its sole discretion in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with our support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

Before processing your first withdrawal, ClubPKVIP will verify your account identity in accordance with our KYC process. This typically requires a copy of your CNIC and proof that the payment method is registered in your name. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 30 to 60 minutes for verified accounts; IBFT bank transfer — 1 to 3 business hours; Visa/Mastercard — subject to your issuing bank's processing timelines. These are our target times under normal operating conditions; ClubPKVIP does not guarantee processing within these windows in all circumstances.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ClubPKVIP offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All ClubPKVIP bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement). Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate — typically 10% to 20%. Crash games and fishing games may contribute at rates specified in individual promotion terms. Please check the specific promotion terms before using bonus funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: ClubPKVIP players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy or behaviour that ClubPKVIP determines to be bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting software errors, or coordinated group play to satisfy wagering requirements at low risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

7Gameplay Rules

All games on the ClubPKVIP platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft and others. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood that game's rules.

All bets are placed in PKR at the rates displayed within the game. Once a bet has been confirmed and the round or game session has started, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Results are final as displayed by the game software. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a result from being determined fairly, ClubPKVIP will, at its discretion, either replay the round or return the stakes to the player's account. Decisions made by ClubPKVIP in such circumstances are final.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ClubPKVIP platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ClubPKVIP account at any time, under any name or using any method of circumvention.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, verification or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform to launder money in any form.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such exploitation must be reported to ClubPKVIP support immediately. Exploited winnings will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in live games for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction made on your ClubPKVIP account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ClubPKVIP support staff or other players through any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

ClubPKVIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial pressure or personal harm.

The following tools are available to all ClubPKVIP account holders at any time through the account settings page, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose in a set time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications reminding you how long you've been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ClubPKVIP account. Self-excluded players cannot register new accounts and will be excluded from all ClubPKVIP marketing communications.

10Privacy and Data Protection

ClubPKVIP collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on ClubPKVIP, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, CNIC, contact details and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance and, with your consent, marketing communications. ClubPKVIP does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the ClubPKVIP platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and is strongly recommended.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the ClubPKVIP platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, images, software interfaces and game assets — is the intellectual property of ClubPKVIP or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of this content without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ClubPKVIP platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to copy, scrape, frame or mirror any part of the platform.

12Limitation of Liability

ClubPKVIP makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available continuously, that games function correctly and that transactions are processed accurately. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClubPKVIP's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. ClubPKVIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of gaming opportunity.

13Amendments to These Terms

ClubPKVIP reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continuing to use the ClubPKVIP platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
